The app will stop recording on September 30, 2026. You can download or delete your information below through December 31, 2026.
After December 31, 2026, we’ll permanently delete everything, and it can’t be recovered.
If you have a subscription, you can cancel your membership here:
- On iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → VisitRecall → Cancel.
- On Android: Play Store → Subscriptions.

Records another family member shared with you stay theirs — they'll need to download their own copy. Profiles you manage, like a child's or a parent's, are included here — in the download and in the deletion alike.
